    Create the plan, then receive the URL and an admin password from the app.

  2. Add Shifts

    Add shift types and individual shifts with time, duration, and headcount.

  3. Share & Invite

    Share the link with participants. They open it, enter their name, and sign up.

  4. Manage & Monitor

    Lock shifts, track fill status, and export data from the same URL.

Shifts grouped by day and type. Expand a row to see participants, fill status, and details.

Timetable

A visual timeline of all shifts in a day. Useful for spotting gaps or overlaps at a glance.

  • Participants need no account - just a name.

  • Collaborative mode lets participants express interest while admins confirm assignments.
  • Export as CSV, PDF report, PDF timetable, or a printable poster.
